Affinity Groups

CATALYSTS FOR CHANGE

Our affinity groups are open to all lawyers at Crowell, and our and resource networks are open to both lawyers and professional staff. They provide safe spaces, development opportunities, critical support and access to leadership. Through shared culture, open dialogue and community engagement, group members are able to address challenges, identify opportunities, share successes and advocate for each other in the firm’s continued pursuit of promoting progress and effective policies, practices and procedures.

Women’s Leadership Initiative

Led by counsel and associates and with guidance from partner advisors, Crowell’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) fosters engagement and thought leadership regarding strategies to develop meaningful relationships with peers, internal stakeholders, and clients, and to gain the experience and  sponsorship necessary to advance within the legal profession. WLI events are open to all lawyers at Crowell.
